SGPT sessions run Monday to Friday with morning sessions (6:00am-8:00am) and evening sessions (4:15pm-7:15pm). Open Gym is available 10:00am-4:00pm on weekdays (until 7:30pm on Friday) and 8:00am-12:00pm on weekends.
